When you finalise your order with us our customer service team will send you an art proof. This must be approved by you before anything is printed. The art proof includes your design and specifications, and requires a signature before we proceed with your job.

We have a huge range of materials that suit different products and applications. Generally, the material you choose will depend on the environment in which the label is being used. We have put together a comprehensive list of our different materials so you can get a better understanding as to which one is best suited for your application. Traffolyte, or Traffolite, is a plastic product with multiple layers that is used for engraving. The actual material is called phenolic plastic and it is generally made up of three different layers – a core layer, and two coloured layers. By layering the different colours, when a design on the top layer is engraved away, the other colours will show through.
