About you

You are passionate about sales and people! You love providing an amazing customer experience, and you will naturally enjoy talking to people on a day-to-day basis.

You are engaging, enthusiastic, personable individual with high attention to detail and excellent writing skills.

This is a full-time role and an integral part of the success of our growing business.

Typical hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm. With an RDO every month.

Duties

  • Attend to incoming sales enquiries from the customer via phone, email or face to face 
  • Sell our products to customers by selling features and benefits 
  • Offer innovative solutions to our customer needs 
  • Process orders and generate quotes for customers, then follow up quotes 
  • Conduct warm calling and process sales and payments as required
  • Capture important sales activity information in our customer relationship management system 
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings

Skills and Experience

  • Have at least 3 years in selling the features and benefits of products to customers over the phone and face to face 
  • Be tech-savvy and able to work efficiently with a computer and learn new programs quickly 
  • Possess decent admin skills and have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Love providing excellent customer service and the ability to build relationships with customers through professional yet friendly interactions 
  • Demonstrate strong time management, prioritising, multitasking and organisation skills
  • Be reliable, trustworthy and have a great attitude
  • Have a sense of humour and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and engaging in good old banter

You are passionate and excited when it comes to anything social media related and you’ll naturally enjoy creating content and owning this role in helping to build our brand.

You'll be part of an awesome team with amazing staff and strong core values. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working closely with other key people within the business, this newly created role is suited to someone who is highly driven and is a great opportunity for the right person to succeed in a growing business.

This is a full-time role, with typical hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm with an RDO every month.

Duties

  • Generate, edit, schedule and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news etc.)
  • Create and execute social media content calendars
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook, Linkedin ,Instagram and YouTube)
  • Suggest and implement new strategies to develop brand awareness and aid with customer retention
  • Being part of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate with other teams, such as sales and customer service to ensure brand continuity
  • Track, monitor and analyse all social media campaigns and making various changes to website

About You

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience with social media exposure
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in creating and scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Understanding of SEO and website  analytics
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite, desktop publishing and video editing software will be highly regarded

Warehouse Storeperson - Rowville, Victoria

About the role

We are looking for a well organised, reliable, punctual hardworking all rounder! You will help in all duties, warehouse, dispatch, and work on the variety of finishing machines.

You'll be part of an awesome team with amazing staff and strong core values. 

This is a casual role with the view to go Full time, current working week will consist of Monday to Friday 7 am start approx. 35 hours per week

Duties

  • Picking & packing of goods including data entry
  • Operating basic printing machinery (training supplied)
  • Stock Control
  • Keeping Warehouse clean and organised
  • High level of literacy and numeracy.

About You

  • Min 2 years experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Be tech savvy and are able to learn new machines
  • Have previously worked in a printing environment (not essential but desired)
  • Demonstrate strong time management, prioritising, multitasking and organisation skills
  • Have a sense of humour and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and engaging in good old banter
